What SPACheck is

SPACheck is an automated tool that uses AI to summarise and flag clauses in a Sale and Purchase Agreement. It is intended to help you understand your contract and identify points to discuss with a professional. It is not legal advice, and using it does not create a lawyer–client relationship.

No warranty on accuracy

AI-generated analysis can be incomplete or wrong. We do not warrant that the output is accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Your responsibilities

• Always engage a qualified property lawyer to review your SPA before signing.
• Do not rely on SPACheck's output as your sole basis for any decision.
• Only upload documents you have the right to share.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPACheck and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the tool or its output.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
